 How much does 5-6 business days shipping service cost?

Five-to-six business days shipping service costs:

• Expected delivery time will be 5-6 business days after the order has shipped, not after the order has been placed.

 How much does Military APO/FPO cost?

Military APO/FPO shipping takes 1-3 weeks:

• The expected delivery time will be 1-3 weeks after the order has shipped, not after the order has been placed.

 Tell me about shipping to a freight forwarder.

Anytime a freight forwarder is used Footaction  will not be accountable for damage, defect, material difference or loss that arises to products after handing off to the freight forwarder.

Footaction  insists that you as the customer should refuse goods that are damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Items missing after being received by you or the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.

If the package destination is to a forwarder and not the customer, Footaction is no longer held accountable for missing/damaged packages.

Tell me about the shipping speed to Australia.

• Delivery time for Express Shipping: Approximately 3-7 calendar days from shipment date.
  Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.
• Delivery time for Standard Shipping: Approximately 8-14 calendar days from shipment date.
  Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.
• Shipping and handling for Express Shipping is 30% of the net order total or a minimum of $49.99.
• Shipping and handling for Standard Shipping is 25% of the net order total or a minimum of $29.99.

Delivery time: Approximately 5-15 calendar days from shipment date. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours via UPS, subject to payment verification.

Tell me about the shipping speed to France, Spain, Brazil, Denmark, and Switzerland.

Delivery time: Approximately 20 calendar days from the date of shipment. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.

Delivery time: Up to 30 calendar days from the date of shipment. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.

Shipping and handling is 28% of the net order total or a minimum of $39.99.

What are international customs charges and duties? 
International (outside the US) customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and customs charges.

Your local government determines duty and customs charges, which varies by country. Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.

What are your Canadian shipping rates and policies? 

Canadian customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges, which is determined by your local government. Canadian customers will be billed duties, customs, taxes, and international processing fees at the time of order.

Delivery time (Canada): Between 5 and 10 days from the date of the shipment. Orders will generally ship within 24 hours, subject to payment verification.

Footaction is an approved CREDITS participant with the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). By ordering goods from Footaction, I hereby authorize Livingston International an approved customs broker in CREDITS, to act as my agent, and to transact business with the CBSA to obtain release of my merchandise, account for duties and taxes, return merchandise Footaction, and electronically submit refund claims on my behalf.

Under the CREDITS program, I understand that the CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from Footaction.

Further, I also authorize Livingston International to forward any refund issued by the CBSA in my name, so that Footaction can be reimbursed.
